Check in is between 3-7pm by appointment, after hours self check-in can be arranged with advance notice.

Taxes:
Lodging taxes are 3% plus $1 per night per room
Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one nights lodging per room is required. Holiday and Special Event periods require payment IN FULL 30 days prior to stay or at time of booking. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Payment by check or travelers check(s), only if you prepay your entire visit. (Checks must clear at least 7 days prior to check-in.) Sorry, No Checks or Travelers Checks will be accepted at Check-In.
Cancellation Policy:
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION requirements: Notice of Cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival (Holidays, Special Events,groups see below) at which time your Credit Card on file will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 1 night rental, with balance due upon arrival. Cancellations made after the above date forfeit deposit, cancellations within 72 hrs of arrival, no shows or early departures will be charged for their entire stay. It is suggested that guests look into travelers insurance to cover any costs that may be lost due to unexpected travel problems.
Holiday, Event and Groups - 30 day cancellation applies, balance due 30 days prior to stay, non-refundable. Specials and packages may have additional policies. Please make sure you have read all polices for your reservation.
Children:
Children age 10 and older are welcome at the Woodridge with very attentive parents. Parents assume responsibility for damages and behavior of children. Under certain circumstances, children under age 10 may be permitted with approval from Debbi or Tim.
Pets:
We love pets and have a little 1st floor pooch and an outdoor cat. However the Woodridge is unable to accept pets at this time. We will provide assistance in locating a local kennel to provide boarding. Kennels in this area require proof of pet immunizations.
Smoking Policy:
The Woodridge B and B is a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. A $150 cleaning fee, plus the rate of 1 additional night room charge plus any damages to linens, carpet, or furnishings will be charged for non-compliance.
Candle and Incense Burning:
Candle and Incense Burning is prohibited in all Woodridge B&B guest rooms
