Taxes:
Lodging taxes are 3% plus $1 per night per room
Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one nights lodging per room is required at the time of booking. Holiday and Special Event periods require payment IN FULL 30 days prior to stay or at time of booking. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Payment by check or travelers check(s), only if you prepay your entire visit. (Checks must clear at least 7 days prior to check-in.) Sorry, No Checks or Travelers Checks will be accepted at Check-In.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to check-in date for refund of deposit (minus 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation notice is made in less than 14 days, deposit will be refunded only if the room is rebooked for the entire stay reserved.
Holiday and Special Event periods require a 30 day cancellation notice for refund of deposit, (minus 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation notice is made in less than 30 days, deposit will be refunded only if the room is rebooked for the entire stay reserved.
No refunds or credits for early departures. No-Shows will be charged for their entire stay.
Children:
Children age 10 and older are welcome at the Woodridge. Parents assume responsibility for damages and behavior of children. Under certain circumstances, children under age 10 may be permitted with approval from Debbi or Tim.
Pets:
The Woodridge is unable to accept pets at this time. We will provide assistance in locating a local kennel to provide pet care if requested. Kennels in this area require proof of pet immunizations.
Smoking Policy:
Due to insurance regulations, there is no smoking permitted inside the Woodridge. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and front porch only where containers are provided.
Candle and Incense Burning:
Candle and Incense Burning is prohibited in all Woodridge B&B guest rooms
